Post removal is free if installed by Sta-Bar. $85.00 charge for missing or lost posts / $20.00 charge for missing or lost riders owned by Sta-Bar / $25 for lost or missing Brochure Boxes owned by Sta-Bar. AGENTS are responsible for providing correct information. AGENTS will be charged full amount for wrong addresses, incorrect gate codes, non HOA approved posts, and inaccessible properties. It is the AGENTS responsibility to verify deed and HOA Restrictions.

Customers (REALTORS) are responsible to immediately notify Sta-Bar Sign Posts, Inc, when their listing has EXPIRED, WITHDRAWN, SOLD or TRANSFERED to another REALTOR or be responsible for replacement of the post at a cost of $85.00.
